I am so excited about all the fun items that are coming your way. Just wanted to give you a sneak preview.
1. Hurray! One of my favorite people in the whole world, Stacy Julian, just authored a brand new book--Photo Freedom.
Beware--this isn't another idea book. It's a life-changing book full of liberating advice (like how to organize your piles of never scrapbooked photos), practical ideas that make memory keeping fun and humorous "Stacy Style" tidbits scattered throughout the book. Plus--the beautiful photos are eye candy! Really--this is one book you have to get, then devour.

Hi lisa! Let me just say that i am dying to get my hands on both stacy and becky's new stuff! I have already pre-ordered SJ's book and signed up for her LOM class, and have been looking everyday for the Feb. KOTM...this has been torture! HA HA I love the look from what I seen from the KOTM, that I;m going to purchase 1 for me and 1 ea for my little sister and brother. I hope i;m not too late..i've been successful with getting the products, but this is one is going to be BIG- like your stamps! :) So, what time does the kit become avail? Also, how can i find out for sure time wise when you will be on QVC? Last time, i was an hour too late..i'm not sure if it was the listing on tvguide.com, or me that got the time wrong. I am sure that everything will be spelled out on Friday for the Feb. KOTM, but does it come in a binder? I am looking at the clear memorabilia page and it looks like three ring binder holes, but the left hand side of the LO doesn't. Can you explain? Thanks! I am so excited about this KOTM! I have a 1st grader and kindergartener. When it was pushed back in August - I was so bummed. Now I am super excited that it is here in the blah (snuggle up inside) days of winter!

I have a question about your favorite albums that you have on your website. I purchased the All About Me album at CKU and really enjoyed putting it together once I got home (even better than the album I made at CKU!). Now I discover there are more albums in the set. How can I get a hold of them or at least have a closer look - price, contents, etc. Thank you!

Good morning! I have been anxiously awaiting the school kit (along with so many others Im sure!) and waited up until after 1 a.m. Eastern to order. I thought I must have made a mistake with the time difference and finally went to bed. However, when I got up this morning, its still January's kit? I am VERY dissappointed that there is no shipping to Alaska. Why? I have ordered several other KOTM for this site and it has never been a problem.. Why now?

I don't even know if you read all of these or not because you are so bombarded by people but I really love the Feb. Kit of the Month. The only thing is it's not feesable for me to purchase the 3 kits I would need to all at once. I really feel like this kit should be sold on a regular basis like many of the books on Creating Keepsakes.com This kit is amazing and while I would want to purchase one for each of my kids it would become very expensive for me to buy 3 at once. Also, some of my kids aren't in school yet. So I would be buying them to save. This kit is an amazing concept and seriously deserves to be a regular with all your other great products.

Thanks for sharing Kade's pages ~ it helps a lot to see what can be done in the older grades, too. Love the idea of having my kids be a part of the process and the journaling.
I bought three kits for my kids, but also bought one for myself. Does anybody else have all of their own school memories sitting in a box somewhere? I am so excited to move my memorabilia and photos into an album. Since I have not yet done any albums about myself, I figured this would help me get started.
I hope you have a huge manufacturing run of these or maybe it could become a permanent product. It is WONDERFUL! Thanks for making it available at a reasonable price. I can't wait to start using these kits!

I've followed this type of plan from way 'back in the day' after reading Stacy's first book... it's TERRIFIC and the idea that there was a kit that would lay it all out for me... well, needless to say I'm sadly disappointed that I didn't get one.
Just want you to know how bummed I am about the KOTM. I went on the internet a few times this morning and there was nothing, which I thought there would be since it was 8:30 am on February 1st. Anyway, I checked back later and it was there and tried to add it to my cart and no luck, and now it is sold out. I have never had an issue trying to add stuff to my cart before, so I am bummed that it sold out so fast and there was nothing I could do. Hopefully we can have more kits.

I'm so sad! I saw the KOTM in me email at work and waited until I got home to order but it was already gone! I do hope an exception is made with this kit and more are made. It had to of taken a lot of work to create it. I'm sure so many people ordered multiples that they went even faster than before. Please get more! (will begging work?) Please please please!

Oh my, I'm going to sound like a whiny little baby, but I had 9 inches of snow to shovel this morning, and by the time I got to the computer, the KOTM is sold out. I waited MONTHS for this kit to be available. I'm so disappointed. I really wanted two of these for my girls. Those memorabilia pockets look fantastic. Come on, it's still Feb. 1st, and it's gone. How is that possible?

I know that it is not your fault, but I am a bit frustrated with not being able to buy the KOTM. I kept checking your site for a preview of what was coming, and there was no news. Now today I finally find out and it is already sold out.
I hope they preview a little bit sooner in the future for those of us who don't live at or easily able to get to the computer.

I just now have had a chance to visit the site to see the KOTM.....only to see it's sold out. To get Dec.'s stamp set I had to resort to buying it on Ebay. Lisa - I am so terribly disappointed that I was unable to obtain the School Kit of the Month. I hope you will consider offering this again. I had been waiting impatiently for this KOTM. However, the demands at my business didn't allow me to get there in time. Please consider offering this again. I so want two of them. O.K. I went on E-Bay just now because I had never even thought that people would buy these KOTM's and turn around to sell them on E-Bay. After reading all the posts I had to go check it out. There is just something wrong about that!
I typed Lisa Bearnson in the search place and it came up with a whole page including 4 stamp sets, several of last months, and there is already one of Becky's School Kits listed for $50.00 w/$15.00 shipping.

The FEB kit of the month looks awesome and great kit but just like the other ladies I waited 12 midnight and the FEB kit of the month is not yet updated in the website. Woke up 5 AM CST still nothing. Checked it before lunch break still nothing. Then I wwent home and its sold out? Hmm! Cant help but get upset.Maybe lesson learned from this one---make sure you have the kit available as promised. Its not fair for those who work. Those who are lucky to get it---I'm happy for you and I hope those who got extra are not selling it on Ebay. Its just sad you wait for it and did everything you can and still got nothing. Any plan of offering this or limiting number of purchases next time?
Please, please make more the the Becky Higgins school year kits. It is disappointing to try to order it the day it comes out and it is already sold out! Most of us had already been waiting for this since last summer, only to be let down again. I think your sales would be good if you manufactured more. I know I would need 3-4 of them right now. Please let us know something.

I'd like to also chime in on not getting Febs KOTM - I've been waiting for months now and find it so hard to believe that its gone in a matter of hours. Is there any way we can order it?
You know, Lisa, I've been thinking. I noticed that several KOTMs are on sale on e-bay for outrageous prices. There are even some of the Becky's School Kits on there already...I think what might be a better idea is to sell the kits the way QVC does it. If they sell out the first month (or the first day in this case) people could still order them, but they would be on a "waitlist" basis. Then, you could have more manufactured and everyone would get the kit!! That way, the people who are looking to make a quick buck on e-bay would be out of business, and the true scrapbookers could enjoy the kits!!
These Feb. KOTMs are now selling on eBay for over $100 each. Someone is greedy at everyone else's expense. (The seller is from Alaska. Are you mailing multiple copies of the kit to one address there?)
I'm really frustrated that this particular kit release is unfair to people who work or who have to be away from a computer most of the day. And I have to admit I REALLY LOVE the kit and would so love to have 1 (or 3 since I have 3 kiddos). Arg! The high eBay bids on a kit that hasn't even mailed yet really got me grouchy. Sorry to vent.
I have a suggestion - have you ever thought about making the KOTM an annual "subscription". Obviously the monthly charge would be different based on the kit but for those of us who are interested in buying them all - we could sign up for the subscription and be assured to get at least one. I would sign up! Just an idea!

So would it be possible to find out who these people are on E-bay and just not sell them their kit? They can't sell what they don't have - and these don't even ship until next week.
Someone who really wants the kit should be able to buy it - not these money freaks on E-Bay!
I wanted 2 of the kits also and didn't get any. Maybe you could take preorders and make enough to fill those? That would save you the headache of trying to guess how many more to make. This one must have sold out so fast because everyone who wanted it wanted multiples for all their kids. Please, please, please consider making more. Thanks.
PLEASE, PLEASE re-release Becky's Kit. Willing to shave head-well, maybe not really but I can eat 22 jalapenos! One kit is already on e-bay for $154. Sad that someone is profiting from something that the rest of us just want. Peace.

I was also wondering if there was going to be more of the school days kit for sale. I totally missed out on that. They just sold too darn fast. Is it something that maybe brought out again at a later date. I have also checked on E-bay and I just can't afford to pay $150.00. Yes, there are people selling them for that much right now on E-bay.
Lisa, I can see I am far from being alone in my distress at not being able to purchase the Feb-KOTM kit. I've seen a lot of good suggestions regarding making it available for purchase once more, and I believe the demand warrants it, even if your site says "once they're gone, they're gone." I'm sure due to this extraordinary circumstance, an exception can be made. I, too, have been waiting since last summer, checking your website and the magazine each month to see if the School Years kit was up yet, and felt let down each month when it wasn't. I was so excited when I saw it would finally be available in February! However, when I logged on to order it, my husband thought someone had died due to my response at seeing those bold, taunting red words SOLD OUT. I was planning on purchasing 4 kits. I beg you to please make these available for purchase again!

I stayed up all night with you and shopped and bought several things. Love the TSV, can't wait to get it.
But I was SOOOOOOO heartbroken that within 10 minutes of airing the embossing tools, they sold out. UGH!!! I Sooooooo hope you shipe them more brefore my 45 waitlist day is up.
Honestly I should feel lucky cause it makes it where I didn't spend as much - but I want it, and I want it now!!!!!
Ooooh, also, can you work on making another (but different) 4 album set like you did the year before. I love those albums, and all my friends want them and can't find them anywhere but ebay. Bring 'em back along with a new set!!!! I'll buy them!!!!
Hi Lisa -- I just wanted to say that you were great on QVC. I was thrilled when it started off with you and David! He's my favorite, but I still miss Lena. The Cosmo Cricket TSV is just spectacular! I've loved Cosmo Cricket for a long time now, and how exciting that THEY did the TSV. Their products are such high quality. I'm also excited for the Bling kit! I ordered that way ahead of time, and good thing, since it sold out right away.
I just have to chime in again about Becky's kit. Let us preorder! I noticed that you said you preordered four of them for your kids. We would be more than happy to do the same! I would even pay for mine in advance! I always sign on the first day to make sure I get the kit. Between listing it later than normal, and how quickly it sold you, I'm just so disappointed still. Those labeled pockets with the button closure are just spectacular, and I want two sets for my girls so bad. Please consider making these available again. Thanks!

Lisa, I wanted to share with you what I was doing with January's KOTM - a close friend of mine lost her husband of 6 years who was only 27 years old while they were on vacation 2 weeks ago. He suddenly passed away of a rare heart disorder without any warning. She is left with a three year old daughter to raise. They truly had the greatest love story ever told as he lived for his girls! I immediately ordered the kit to make for her. I plan to put it together for her to give to her daughter one day so she will know how special her parent's relationship was. I feel that would be an awesome gift for her one day! Thanks for offering the KOTMs. They are great!!
Congrats on a great Scrapbooking Day on QVC! I thought you did great and looked fabulous! Lots of wonderful new stuff to tempt us all with, too! I adored the TSV and got it in Red! Gonna use the albums to make a heritage recipe book where you do a LO with a recipe of a family memeber! I thought that would be great for the 2 8x8 albums! :) Thanks for all you do, Lisa!
I'm going to chime in here in the hopes that you read these comments. First of all--congratulations on such a successful kit. You obviously have a hit on your hands! I'm one of the people who lost out on the KOTM too because of work demands would not allow me to get to a computer in time. I've been thinking...these sold out so quickly because everyone has 2-4 kids and they're purchasing multiple kits. Everyone wants these kits because we all love our kids and want to keep up with their school memories (and all the kids have to have equally cool scrapbooks--you, of all people can understand that). Please consider offering this kit again...and please have LOTS more produced than you think you'll need (or do the waiting list idea). Every KOTM you've offered has sold out...producing double the amount you usually have on hand clearly was not enough for this kit. You've got a lot of disappointed customers who aren't even going to try next time.

I couldn't order the School days KOTM because I live in Hawaii and I guess you don't ship to Hawaii. We are part of the USA!!!
Anyway, I find it disappointing to see your kits sell out so quickly, then notice that there are "ebayers" who have 18 or 21 kits and are selling them on ebay.
Seems like there should be a limit to how many you can purchase especially when you sell out so quickly.
Just thought I'd vent. When are you going to add Hawaii to your ship to area??

I'm another big fan of you and your "stuff"...I was wondering if you had a trip to QVC UK planned for this year. I live in Northern Ireland and have found that the shipping charges from the USA often cost more than the item itself (which is crazy)...! And that cosmo cricket kit sounds FAB...
Just got the happy news on Becky's blog about her kit being available again!!! Yea!!! Did you ever decide about your December KOTM being offered again????? I missed out on that one too.
Lisa, I missed out on the Febuary kit and was wanting to know when will it be back? I'm all new to the KOTM I look forward to learning more about you and the kits.
I was wondering if you would consider creating a paper pack to match Becky's kit. I love the papers, but often do more pages. I would love to see more paper. Thanks
