Come to my "Lisa Bearnson Adventures" August 4th, 5th or 6th!!

Hey Everyone!

Just wanted to invite you to a brand-new event called "Lisa Bearnson Adventures!" It will be held in my home state (Utah) and near my home town. It celebrates all the things I love the most and will be packed full of fun, creativity and celebration. And--my two adorable girls will even be there to sing a special song!

Here is the information straight from the web site:

Have you ever wanted to be a fly on the wall during a Creating Keepsakes photo shoot? Or get behind the scenes and check out where Making Memories and Rusty Pickle create their embellishments? Or where Scenic Route develops their new paper lines? Now is your chance to do all that and more at the NEW Lisa Bearnson Adventures!
You'll get the STAR treatment with Lisa as she takes you on a journey through some of her favorite things!
Beginning as soon as you register, the surprises and extras don't stop coming! We'll start by sending you one of Lisa's favorite books. It's an inspirational story that you're sure to enjoy. Many parts of the event tie into the book, so you'll want to be sure to read up before you get here!
When you arrive on Tuesday, you'll spend the day on an exclusive tour of some of Lisa's favorite scrapbook manufacturers. Hop on the bus in the morning and set off to:
SEE . . . the process of how their ideas become the products you love,
CREATE . . . a 6x6 album filled with pages designed especially for you by each manufacturer,
RECEIVE . . . goodies, keepsakes, and even a delicious lunch, and
SHOP . . . for great product at special event pricing.
Tuesday night will bring one of the highlights of the event, as you join Lisa again for an inspirational keynote & crop. An evening filled with emotion, fun, inspiration, and even more surprises--you will come away feeling enriched as a scrapbooker and individual. You don't want to miss it!
And - If you haven't had the opportunity to take a class from Creating Keepsakes, this is your chance! Wednesday morning you can attend fun, fresh A La Carte classes taught by CK staff. Check out the Excursion page for more details!
If you're up for even more, you can join Lisa for special excursions to some of her favorite area attractions. Lace up your hiking boots as Lisa leads the way on a trek to Timpanogos Cave. Or visit one of Utah's most popular tourist destinations as you tour Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City. Or take a leisurely stroll through Lisa's beloved gardens and learn how to take better outdoor photos from a professional photographer.
The best part is--you can customize your adventure to fit your schedule. Participate in everything, or just a few things--regardless it will be an experience you'll never forget!

Manufacturer Tours: $75 (4 manufacturers, projects, goodies & shopping)
Keynote and Crop: $50*
*If you participate in the manufacturer tours, you will receive a 50% discount off the Keynote admission price!
*If you are attending CKU-Provo, you will receive a 20% discount off the Keynote admission price!
Excursions: Pricing listed on Excursion Pages.
A La Carte classes: Pricing listed on Excursion Page

This is truly one event you don't want to miss. See you on the 4th, 5th and/or 6th!

I don't know where else to ask this, so pardon me putting it here please - will you be re-doing a sale of the KOTM School Expansion? It looks like it is sold out already! Thanks!

Hi Lisa:

This sounds like a wonderful mimi vacation for a scrapbooker. I wish I could experience with everyone else. Unfortunately for me times are tough and I have to watch every penny, these days and it's sad. I hope everyone who attends has a wonderful time. Please make sure to include pictures of the excursion.

Hi, Lisa. I can't make CKU this year, but I'll be spending Tuesday with you. I can't wait-it sounds fabulous. Still checking schedules to see if I can do a Monday excursion. We'll see what happens :-) I thought I read something about a book that we need to read beforehand. can you give us more info on that? See you soon!

Dear Lisa,

I would love to come but unfortunately live not nearby ;)

Hopefully I can come somewhere in the future with my family, because USA is still on my wishlist for spending the summer holidays.

Have a nice summer!

Blessings,
Inge

Lisa,

I feel incredibly lucky!! First that we will be on vacation IN UTAH the first week of August, and secondly, that when (feeling the need to be frugal and that I shouldn't go) I told my husband about this, he said, "No, you should go!" I'm signed up for Tuesday and looking forward to it!

One more thing...since I cannot make it (since I live far away), could you let me know what book you are referring to? I could use a book that could change my outlook on things!!!

Thanks!

Wow, this sounds like a once in a lifetime event to me. I am really not that far from you, about a 4 hour drive from my home Nevada. I wish, wish, wish I could come but the ol' $ factor kinda makes it rough. I just hope I can relive it when you post a recap on here. Thank you so much for the wonderful offer though.

Hi Lisa,

I just discovered your blog a couple weeks ago...I should have know you'd have one!
I just wanted to say that I have
subscribed to CK for years, although I have never made a scrapbook page in my life! I enjoy the creativity and I translate the ideas into other projects.
Thankx for all the years of ideas and inspiration!!!!
