Still . . .
I'm off to Orlando for Spring Break later on this week. We are staying with some friends and will probably do the Disney World and Islands of Adventures thing. Any advice on whether it's best to get tickets at the park or online?
My pal, Kerri Bradford, did a neat thing on her blog a few weeks ago. She wrote an entire post around the word "still." Thought it would be fun to try it myself! This pretty much describes my life right now!
Still ready for Spring (finally some decent weather today after a week of snow storms).
Still don't like having a dog that sheds in the house.
Still am crazy in love with being a mother.
Still am proud of my guy, Steve. He's lost 35 pounds over the past three months on Weight Watchers!
Still can't keep up with all the laundry.
Still love the song "Still" by the Commodores.
Still am behind in my deadlines.
Still am not ready for my children to grow up.
Still eat a treat everyday (I love sweets!).
Still love having an open pantry policy at my house. (This photo depicts every Friday and Saturday night.)

Still love brunch more than any other meal. (Twice a year we have the opportunity to stay at home for church and hear from our general church leaders via television or internet. So this occasion happened yesterday and between services, Kade left for a little while and returned with our neighbor, Taylor. They had whipped up a brunch for us at her house--with the help of her mom--then brought it over! It was a fun surprise and enjoyed by all.)

Still go to bed too late and don't get enough sleep every night.
Still love meeting news friends though scrapbooking. I met this lovely lady, Amber, last year at CKU-Provo. We've become great friends. She's from Montana and last week came to very cold Utah for their Spring Break. Kade had a great time with her kids, Buster and Kennedy, while I enjoyed visiting with Amber and hubby Jared.

Still love the summer months the best and can't wait until they get here.
Still enjoy reading comments from you.
Happy Monday.

Hey Lisa, Check the weather before you leave. A cold front is coming and it is suppose to be in the 40's on on Tues, Wed, Thurs nights and highs in the 60's. Hopefully you will be here on the weekend since it will be back in the 80's. Enjoy! Tammy
Have fun in Florida. Tickets online might be a better deal.
I can't wait for September for CKC in Glendale,Arizona....Are you going to be there? Hope so....I took some classes with you in the past and enjoyed them so much. I am trying to raise money for classes by having a yard sale. Wish me luck! Enjoy your great weather. Carol in Peoria, Arizona

Well, it's safe to say you "still inspire me"!!!
I love having a new blog post on Mondays from you, Lisa!!! Such a treat!!!
Wow, I love that! I'm totally going to create a scrapbook page using "Still" :) Thanks for the inspiration!
What a great post. I love the idea of writing about the word still.
Hi Lisa,
Check with Costco. If I remember right they have really good deals. I know when we went on our cruise they got us the best deals and upgrades. have so much fun. We still need to get together for lunch and drag that Shauna along. It's been to long.

Have a blast in Disney!! I think getting tickets on-line is a better bet, although I really have no idea!! I LOVE your "still" idea...might have to steal that one!!
Hey Lisa,
WDW is my favorite place on earth (with exception of my home). Hope you make it there & have some fun for me! As for tickets, you can probably save a couple dollars if you buy them ahead from a discounted broker. We have used Undercover Tourist before & had a good experience. If you get a chance you should take the ARound the World tour at Epcot where you get a tour around World Showcase on a Segway- so much fun.
I just got my tickets to the May Creating Keepsakes Event at QVC- Hope to see you there!!
Have a good holiday!!
Take care,
Therese
I love the 'still' idea - might have to do that tomorrow (today's blog post is for my daughter's birthday)!
I've been to Disney several times - mostly for soccer tournaments - but my aunt who has yearly membership at Disney always reminds me just to buy tickets from Disney themselves - not a website claiming it have 'cheap Disney tickets" - sometimes they are fake and you end up having to buy tickets at the gates anyway.
Hope you have a great time at the 'happiest place on earth'!
Definitely get your tickets online, they are cheaper that way. And have a wonderful time. Disney is one of my favorite places to go back to.
Lisa, I'm taking my four kids to Disney World from the 9th thru the 15th - maybe I'll see ya there!! :)
Lisa- I have never been to Disneyworld, but have heard that it is the most FUN trip for a family to go on. I have also heard that the Islands of Adventure is a BLAST! I have also heard that Universal Studios is a fun time too! :)
Loved your "still" post! :)
I have a question about your open pantry policy. Are you grocery bills high? I would LOVE to have an open pantry policy, and feel bad that I can't because it costs so much and our weekly food bill already seems so high. Maybe my kids should just be friends with your kids - they would love an open pantry policy.
Lisa,
Disney World is the best! I would go back every year or so if I could! That was one of our most memorable family vacations ever! And you'll have such cute and awesome pages to create! I absolutely LOVE the idea of "still". Can't wait to do a page with it! Have a wonderful vacation! Relax and enjoy the special moments you'll have with your family! Barb :)
We took our family to DisneyWorld and Universal Studios back in January of 2006. That was the BEST vacation we ever took. We want to go back someday!!
I love the photo of Kade and Taylor. She is gorgeous.
I am so loving the "Still" idea. Here are a few of my ideas...
Still missing Utah.
Still loving Emma play soccer. She is SO passionate!!
Still loving our Church family so much.
Still waiting for more than 2 days in a row of nice weather.
Still trying to lose that last 10 pounds.
Still working out and eating right after 14 weeks.
Still excited about my life each and everyday.
Still anxious when the family all isn't here with me.
Still so happy to be married to the man of my dreams. (Happy Birthday to Dave this Saturday!! He'll be 44!!)
You have the most beautiful kitchen! I love photos of other peoples' houses on their blogs. I also think your open pantry idea is great. My mom would never let us eat the food at our house so we would sneak it and, really, that is not a healthy attitude toward food.
Hi Lisa
I just wanted to know how your dog is doing after eating all those chocolate brownies. I hope he/she is doing okay. Have fun at Disney!!
