Happy Halloween!

It's late and the treats have all been handed out. No tricks tonight--just lots of great fun. Sage and her best pal, Krisha, dressed up like angels.

They got the great idea this afternoon of dressing their dogs up, too, and taking them trick or treating. We searched our town for the perfect outfit for Maggie. Sage finally decided on a frog. (By the way, the dogs lasted for exactly 13 1/2 minutes trick or treating!)

Peter Pan (Kade) was a good sport and took the girls around the neighborhood on the four wheeler with a little trailer hitched to the back.

Unfortunately I didn't get photos of the other kids before they ran off to parties. And--this is really getting dressed up for me. I know--I should have put on some scary makeup!

Hope your night was great. And--HUGE thanks for all the birthday wishes for my mom. She loved reading them! And--her party was a smashing success!

Have a great night!

Lisa

Lisa, your kids are alway so cute! I would have guessed doggy wouldnt last long, cute froggy though. Our house had WonderWoman, Ladybug, Bear, 50's Girl & a guy attacked by spiders! It was fun out here in Cali...
Happy November! My favorite season....

Lisa, I had mentioned on the blog before that you can get the memo board at Nieman Marcus. Go to their website. They carry that whole line of stuff.

At our home we had "0" trick or treaters. We live too far from town. Since our kids are all grown up we just had a usual Halloween just scaring each other. (My hubby and me) We were in bed by 10:00 p. What a fun night. I sound so old and we are only 61 and 62. Pam

Oh my... Sage and her friend looked so cute! Funny story about my dog Gizmo...I took him with Em and I because he was getting pretty worked up about all the trick or treaters coming to the house and I didn't want Jackson or Dave to have to worry about him...so anyway, as I took him around the block one of my neighbors said..."Aw, Les cute dog." I said, "Oh, this is just a costume...this is really our guinna pig!!"

BTW, so good to see your friend in that bottom pic. I forgot her name!! She was so gracious to my Mom and I.

Also love Kade as Peter Pan. He is just going to be a great missionary!!

Love,
Les

Sounds like there was a lot of fun to be had there! So glad when Halloween is over and everybody is safe from fireworks :-). We have the H1N1 in our house so my little girl didn't get to her friends Halloween party and our two little boys never got to trick or treat either. They all took the bad news amazingly well though, **thank goodness**.

So glad to hear that your Mum had a great birthday, would love to hear how your Dad is doing as well ?

Glad your mom had a great party--she really does deserve it!

Kade cracks me up....that costume! Sage and her little friend are always so cute...those poor dogs. ha.

You did better than me on a costume--mine consisted of a black t-shirt that said "High Maintenance" in rhinestones. People laughed...I wonder why?
