Over the past week, I’ve shared with you some of the photos I’ve taken of Sage thus far in her school year.
This is one of my favorites. I want to always remember those dark brown eyes, the bright pink fingernail polish, cute pre-braces teeth, handmade bracelets and smile that can light up any room.
I want to remember the friends who surrounded Sage on the first morning of school.
I want to remember funny faces:
I want to remember the tiled “wall of fame” created the first year Sage attended this school.
I want to remember monkey bars and swing sets and slides. (Yep–those are the mountains that hover over Sage’s school and our house. Pretty amazing, huh?)
Time is passing way to fast and yep, I want to remember it all!

P.S. I had fun photos planned of Brecken on her first day of school (a week after Sage’s school started). Unfortunately she had to have oral surgery two days before the big day. The morning of school, she woke up to a very swollen face and eye so she wasn’t able to attend school that day. She’s still been swollen and won’t allow any photos. So–I’ll have to take some next week!

I am definitely taking some pictures of my son at his school on Open House (Back to School) night. We’ll have to visit the playground for some photo ops, too. Thanks for the ideas, Lisa!
