Hello from the beautiful Cayman Islands! Grand Cayman has got to be heaven on earth. The water is the bluest of blues, the sand the whitest of whites and the sunsets the most vibrant hues of orange. And, the Caymanians are so friendly! There are no taxes here which is why there are 1.5 million tourists every year and 400 banks on this island of 50,000 people.
Yesterday, we went on a catamaran boat. Here we are with our friends, the Musselmans:
And here we are after falling on some netting at the front of the boat. We were laughing so hard and it was so difficult to get up on a rocking boat!
We went snorkeling and, after much persuasion, got up the nerve to swim with the sting rays. I will share photos of this blessed event soon!

WOW that water is blue…wow!!! I will dream tonight of going to the Caymans someday. So totally safe? Yes it must be OR you wouldn’t be there:) My parents freak out anymore if you even mention a trip out of the country!!! Enjoy, looks like it is breathtaking and a blast!!!

Hey Lisa, I know you started running over a year ago, and you are looking good my friend. What else are you doing to keep that body so good at your age:) I want to know, so I can look that good too.
