Happy Belated Green Day!
Yesterday was Stefyn’s birthday! Here is this cute girl out enjoying the warmer weather doing her favorite thing:
Last night we had a celebration for her – fit for a leprechaun! Since we didn’t get back from the Caymans until the wee hours of the morning, Brecken had planned out the whole meal herself. She did all the cooking and baking and her food is oh so good!
She made FOUR different desserts. Here are three of them:
You’ll recognize one of them as the Becky Higgins’ famous Pretzel Hugs. However, instead of using HUGS, Brecken melted chocolate kisses on top of square pretzels in a 200 degree oven for eight minutes, then topped them with a mint M&M. Clever girl!
We also had Irish stew, corn beef, an amazing veggie medley and green cornbread!
Speaking of Becky Higgins, we have less than seven days before I feature her Project Life kits on HSN!
Here are some close ups of the Blush & Jade edition scrapbook dividers & albums.

And just when I couldn’t share any more goodness, I am thrilled to give you a sneak peak of another HSN product. This Rub on kit is so great!

I love the packaging, design, storage and alphabets inside. Just look what you can do with it:
The saying on this card is from the Rub on Kit and the Washi tape is another HSN product coming up on March 25th!
Can’t wait until next Monday! This is going to be fun!
Sincerely,
Lisa
P.S. I started St. Patrick’s Day in the Caymans by running an Irish 5K. Nothing beats running, with a view of the ocean while Irish music is being played!

Markers on HSN ? COOL!
Hi Lisa! I can’t wait for March 25th!
I really love the Rub-Ons… must haves for me!

Happy Birthday Stefyn:) Your desserts look so SO yummy!!! Lisa your killing us here, it’s like taunting ya know:) JK… cannot wait for your debut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Lisa! I’m looking forward to the HSN shows! I have a question: although neither PL set is a “baby” set, would they be ok to use for a baby??
Absolutely! Both sets are super versatile and can be customized to your needs – ie baby album.
Hi everyone, I saw Lisa’s post early this morning (3 am my time) and well thought I would do a search on ‘Project Life’ and HSN. The markers are showing up along with two card stack packs, one for Jade and one for Blush. Wow…I can’t wait until Monday.
Oh! I forgot to mention, there are not only 12×12 sheets of paper but also 3×4 and 6×4 cards in the packs…
Hi Lisa, I have been following you since your first Creating Keepsakes Mag hit the shelves. I love what you have done for the scrap booking community. You have helped make available scrap booking products to everyone that we would not normally be able to find. For this I am very grateful. I am very excited that you will be back on air with new products and ideas, we have all missed you. I have a question for you about the Project Life line. I know that your 2 sons are Eagle Scouts. My son is currently in the process of achieving his Eagle rank and I have his scrapbooks pretty well together. I am having an issue with how to contain his badges and patches. Would the Project Life line work for this purpose? I know that the pages have several slots for pictures etc, but will they be large enough to hold patches and badges? I hope you get a chance to answer my question. Either way I will be watching on the 25th.

Yes, Project Life would be a great way to document your son’s scouting career! Becky actually posted a picture on her FB page (on Jan. 22) with how to use her pages for scouting badges. It is worth you taking a look! Congratulations to you son (& you)!
Happy Birthday to Stefyn!! Can’t wait for March 25th (actually the 24th for me because I’m in CA!).

Can’t wait for your debut on HSN. I love the popsicle card with the washi tape. I’ve been wanting to try the washi tape but wasn’t sure what to do with it. I bought a cameo and haven’t used it yet hoping to get inspired on Monday!!
