Congrats to these two winners!
I’m bursting at the seams to tell you more about HSN’s launch of the “Just Add Color” edition of Project Life.
Before I do, I’ve got to tell you how much the word “true friendship” means to me. Over sixteen years ago, I met this spunky, young little gal.
Becky Higgins was a newly wed and a local college student. My mom met Becky, shared with me her beautiful handwriting, and the rest is history. We have been trusted coworkers and close friends ever since. However, there’s more to the story. The part I’ve never told you is how much I love this gal too:
If you ever get the chance to meet Becky Higgins mom, Vicki Allgaier, you’ll immediately understand where Becky gets all her amazing qualities from. Vicki has also been a very close friend for years and she is simply one of the most amazing women I’ve ever met. She exudes love and positivity and is firm in her beliefs and values. I am the lucky recipient of many lovely needlework creations which adorn my home. She also was my biggest fan when I had my 11-year stint on QVC. She’d call often and I’ld talk to her on air and even came to the studio to support me.
Here is the cool thing. Last Saturday morning I was looking at my Instagram and one of Vicki’s posts just really touched me. I started thinking about how much I adore this woman and was seriously going to text her right then and tell her . . . but other things got in the way.
Saturday afternoon came and lo and behold there was a package from Vicki with these sweet contents:
So now I’m telling you, Vicki, that I love you and think the world of you and you family!
Okay–so now that I’m all teary-eyed I guess I’ll go on to my next subject that has to do with her daughter, Becky.
Today Becky Higgins and I are unveiling the newest edition to Project Life: “Just Add Color.”
In my humble opinion, this is one of the greatest Project Life to date because now you are in complete control of the colors and look for each of your pages.
Now–you have hundreds of yummy, thick, cardstock stickers that will add a pop of color on the 2 x 2, 4 x 4 and 4 x 6 cards:
Now, the color choice is yours. All the 2 x 2 cards are in color on one side and neutral on the other:
Now all the cards can have whatever look and feel you want thanks to the stickers:
Now all the 4 x 6 cards have the very same look on each side whether they are in landscape:
Now exactly the right colors can be added or left neutral on your journaling cards:
Now every layout can have a different look and feel thanks to the versatility of color:
I’ve decided to use my “Just Add Color” Project Life kit to document all our favorite family trips over the past decade. (One huge thing to note is there will be a alphabet sticker kit like you see on the below “Caribbean Cruise” title available on HSN. There is a large variety of colors and they work PERFECT for titles in the 4 x 6 cards. When you order “Just Add Color” Project Life ask for the alphabet stickers.)
There are four types of sheet protectors included in the kit.
Style one has four 4 x 6 (landscape) pockets and three 4 x 4 pockets:
Style two has four 4 x 6 (portrait) pockets, eight 2 x 2 pockets and one 4 x 4 pocket:
Style three has four 4 x 6 (landscape) pockets and 12 2 x 2 pockets:
Style four is EXACTLY like style two except in the 4 x 6 pockets are in landscape orientation. (I’ll share a photo later on today.)
In a nutshell, these are what the four styles look like:
I think this next picture says it all
Yep–Don’t miss this “Once in a Lifetime” chance to get “Just Add Color” Project Life. It’s an HSN World-wide launch happening one week from today: September 17 at 10 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST.
Also, watch this video from Jessica Turner. She does a great job explaining the kit.
I’ll share more about the contents tomorrow!
