Count Down to my New Web Look! Plus Look Who Visited Us While Camping!
We've been working feverishly to get my new "look" on this web site up and running. It's only a few days away until we launch it and I'm so excited to share with you some new products that I've been working on. So--stay tuned. It's right around the corner!

Last week we were on an extremely fun girls-only camping trip. My pal, Kristy Banks, has a trailer too. Both of our hubby's pull our trailers up the mountain--about 20 minutes from our homes. They then leave us for several days to fend for ourselves (not really--we do have a vehicle to get down the mountain).

This is a tradition that we look forward to every summer. My girls love it:

The girls we bring up love it (Lori--I'm so bummed that you and your girls left before I got a photo!):

And the adult girls really love it! (Kristy is not very cooperative with photos!)

It is always a total blast! This year (aside from my battery dying and our generators having some issues) will never be forgotten.

On our way up, we passed by a reservoir called Tible Fork. We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw this mama moose and her baby moose frolicking in the water. I was so happy I had my camera close by. That night, as we were eating dinner at the picnic table, the two moose decided to visit us. They walked right by our campground! Wow--a sight to behold!

We also were visited by lots of cute deer, squirrels and chipmunks.

We loved roasting hot dogs and marshmallows in the fire, making the cutest friendship bracelets ever, playing Scrabble and other games, and just sitting around doing nothin'!

The kids never got tired of the very cold steam.

What a wonderful way to end summer! Sage starts school tomorrow. I've already begun crying! I know it's a good thing but I miss my kids so bad when they aren't near.

Wish me luck!

Lisa
