I missed last month’s kit. Can I still order it?

Unfortunately, no. Each kit will only be sold during its designated month. Once we have sold out of the limited quantity of kits or the month ends—whichever comes first—kits will no longer be available for purchase.

How can these kits be priced so low?

We are so excited that we can offer these kits at such a low price point. We are working hard to provide expertly designed kits that strike a good balance between quality and price. These are not best-quality kits and they are not priced at a premium. They are what we would call “great value” kits. With each kit you can expect the highest quality possible for the price. We hope you enjoy every kit you order but we are always open to your feedback. This is your program and we want to create kits that you’ll be excited about and be satisfied with each and every month. What will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping rates vary based on region. All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS. Click here to calculate estimated shipping charges (shipping weight of each kit is listed on its description page).

When can I expect to receive my kit?

Orders will be shipped within three business days of receipt. Shipping times vary depending on destination, holidays, etc. Please use your UPS tracking number to determine estimated date of delivery.

What should I do if my kit is damaged or incomplete?

Simply send us an email at kotm@ckmedia.com stating the problem with your kit, your order number and your shipping address. A member of our team will work with you to resolve the situation.

The kit that is for sale is different than one I saw advertised. Why?

Due to lead times for print ads, we often have to use images of a prototype of the kit. We try to stay as close to that prototype as possible when producing a kit. However, due to production schedules, customs limitations and changes during the design process, the actual components of the final kit may differ from what is first advertised. The general concept of each kit will not change, but the details may. Check the website often where you will always find accurate and current images of each kit.

What makes Kit of the Month different from other kit programs?

We believe it’s a combination of a few things—fashion-forward design, award-winning celebrity designers and excellent value. Producing a different limited-edition kit every month is new territory for us—it’s exciting, fast paced and we’re learning a few things along the way. Most of all, it gives us the chance to stay current with trends and provide you with a product that helps you “save time, save money and save memories”.
